We started our home buying process at the end of December and were in home half way through February. We were first time home buyers so we had almost no knowledge on what to do. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and informative on how we were supposed to go about everything. He answered every question I asked extremely quickly (even some that probably werent meant for a real estate agent.) I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. If I sell my house and look for a new place I will definitely be working with him again.

Kyle did a fantastic job helping my wife and I purchase our first home. We are new to Washington State and he was very knowledgeable on the areas we were searching in and made some great suggestions that led to us finding the perfect home. We couldn't have done any of this without him making the process as easy and comfortable as possible for us. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Kyle again, and couldn't recommend his services enough!!

From our first meeting with Kyle we felt comfortable. He was friendly, honest and trustworthy. He quickly responded with any questions or concerns that we had and always looked out for our best interest. He was always available to schedule with and do any walk throughs. Kyle guided us through the home buying process from start to finish. Were so happy to have met him and will definitely refer him to our family and friends!

Kyle was fantastic! We were looking for an agent that wouldn't be pushy or add additional pressure to the already big decision and process. He genuinely listened to us and showed that by providing us viable home options based off our feedback. The fact that he is good with numbers was a HUGE plus for us. He helped us with creative financing to ensure we did not bust our budget and in our current housing economy, his knowledge and expertise proved to be PRICELESS!
