Matt is an excellent agent that genuinely cares for his clients and their needs. He was always available to show listing, took time to find out more about what type of home we were looking for and we never felt pressured. He was always excited to show us homes. You could tell he is the type of agent who really wants the best for you and your family. Matt isn't an agent that's going to talk up a home that clearly has issues just to get the sale. He's one of the good guys, a straight shooter and a rare gem! We were fortunate enough to have Matt buy and sell our homes and him and his team were excellent! The entire process went smoothly.

When I went to Matt 2 years ago, I wanted a unicorn of a house. I wanted a special house with a lot of privacy and natural space and lots of light ... I also needed room to run my (growing) business. Well, Matt helped us find the unicorn... and, even amidst all of the craziness that was taking place in the real estate market at the time, he helped us actually get the house AND sell our house simultaneously. We sold our home in 5 days and ended up getting $30,000 over asking price... and we moved into our unicorn dream house - a one of a kind cabin on a lake on the side of a mountain. Matt is responsive, kind and personable. He genuinely cares about people and really feels like a friend - although he is simultaneously professional and always 'on top of it' when it comes to business and getting things done. I never had to wait for Matt to do anything at all - he always knew what we needed ahead of time. Even now, two years later, he calls to check in on how we are doing. I honestly don't know if we would have gotten this house if we hadn't used Matt as our agent - his personal approach to working with the seller's agent and responsiveness helped us seal a magical deal of a lifetime and I simply could not recommend him more highly. If you want somebody who is willing to go the extra mile for you and somebody that you will be able to trust implicitly, then I highly recommend using Matt as your real estate agent.
