I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Amy Wagner with the purchase of two separate houses and the sale of one. Throughout the whole process in a very stressful situation she was simply amazing and always available. In the midst of the pandemic in April 2020, She helped me buy a home while I was living out of state sight unseen. She did a walk-through video of it while talking to me. Six months later I had to sell the house and buy a different one. She helped stage the house and get it sold in four hours! Then she spent countless hours showing me dozens of homes and helping me find my new dream home. Every time I called with a question she was available. One year later when I still have questions for her About recommendations for things,she is still always available and is responsive. She is very caring and wants to make sure her client, me, found exactly what I wanted and where I wanted the home. She always stayed within my budget . Amy and her team were a pleasure to work with selling my Moms property for her. She was very easy to get ahold of, and quick to answer any questions that we had. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and completely took all the stress away from the sales process. Amy was able to generate multiple offers on the property right away, and within a week we selected an offer that was significantly above the asking price. Closing was also smooth and fast.
