I brought my 15 year old to New Life Addiction and recovery for intensive outpatient. He has been going since the end of May. All of a sudden out of nowhere they have stopped all appointment. I never received a phone call or anything, but they called my 15 year old and told him it's because insurance hasnt paid. He now hasn't been to an appointment since aug 14. I have been calling since the 15th and NOBODY will return my call. I have called several times and asked kristal to have Melanie or Diane call me ASAP. I still haven't even got a call about them not seeing my son anymore. I am so confused, and out of patience. I would never bring a youth to this place. We have no other options but to find a new treatment center.
