        Gorgeous facility but their new policy of requiring appointmentsfor urgent careis unhelpful. You'd serve your customers better by maintaining this option for those who need it. Is this what it means to be part of the Optum family?

        Was told at check in that the walk in was a 45 minute wait time so I put my name in line. 3 hours later and still no doctor. This location is awful!

        LAKE STEVENS! Though the address is Marysville, it is actually located in Soper Hill corner of Highway 9, just before Highway 92 in Lake Stevens. This is the newest Everett Clinic in Snohomish. They moved from their old place in Vernon Road in Lake Stevens. The area is huge with more parking and bigger lobby, East and West.
