Le Creuset products are overpriced and overrated. The enameled cast iron stains easily and then cant be removed. I specifically asked about a cleaner that would remove set-in stains on enameled cast iron. I was sold a cleaner that I was assured would remove the stains. After testing it several times on a spot according to the instructions, it failed to do anything. I attempted to return the product, but was told I couldnt because it was used. How else can you see if a product is effective without using it? The employees do not know anything about their products. They obviously havent used them. They also do not stand behind their products. I will never purchase another Le Creuset product and cannot recommend this store to anyone who thinks they must buy their products. Its not worth the paltry discount to have to deal with the people here.

Ive purchased from this location a few times. Everytime Ive gone in the staff is willing and happy to help. The quality and warranty on these products makes it hard to say No ha-ha. Anytime I have friends who ask about our Le Creuset I send them to this location versus purchasing online.

If you enjoy walking into a store and ask questions that pertain to products to UNknowledgable staff that are snobby and openly bad mouths you to each other right in front of you, this is definitely the place to be. The best part is the two staff are both management (apparently one is the store manager). For the best rude experience, look for RYAN (on management team) and MARSEILLE (store manager).
Ive purchased from Le Creuset a couple of times but never at the outlet store. I am aware that they make outlet lines but I prefer to purchase items from the signature line (which they do have in store as well). The first person I had interaction with is Marsielle. I asked her if the item I was interested in was the signature line or outline line. In short, she did not know the answer and spent the majority of the time insisting that the outlet line is the exact same thing with very minor differences. She made sure she spoke loudly so everyone could hear. As a customer, I get to choose which items I want to buy. I dont need convincing that they are very similar. I just want you to answer a very simple question: Is this item from the outlet line or signature line??
My interaction with Ryan was extensive so I am not even going to bother recapping everything. But in short, Ryan was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and SNOBBY. He doesnt even answer questions that were asked and speak to customers in a as a matter of fact way. I would hope that as a Le Creuset management, he would have higher customer service but clearly Le Creuset is not a high end brand that cares about customer service. If this type of person can make it to management then that says a lot about the company.
Lastly, I thought my product would come in a box but it apparently doesnt. I was promised that it would be completely wrapped and protected so I had nothing to worry about. At cash, Ryan only wrapped the lid and taped it down to the tray. I asked him to also wrap the tray because putting that straight in a Le Creuset mesh bag is not what I consider well protected. He coldly REFUSED and said this is store policy to not wrap any more. Ive attached photos for you to see for yourself. The lid was wrapped in ONE piece of brown paper. Apparently they only wrap the lid to make sure it doesnt scratch the tray. How interesting.
I hope Le Creuset head office actually contacts me because I would love to tell them the story. This is terrible customer service from beginning to end and I would think theyd like to maintain their image and not have it tarnished by terrible representation.
