David and his team were polite and professional throughout our time working with them. They worked hard and produced a quality end result that is a major improvement to my home. The demolition/removal of the old deck to finished construction of the new one took them less than 5 days in total. David was good about communicating his plans and if there were any issues. Attention to detail, listens well, finds solutions for unique requests. I could not have imagined a more beautiful outcome. Easy to work with, they found a railing solution that was better than I asked for while being lower maintenance and cost. All tops of joists and other supports taped against water infiltration. David and his team did an amazing job on our new deck! My husband and I reach out as our old deck was rotting and wanted to get rid of the cantilevered style deck and replaced with actual supports. David immediately knew what to do and showed me projects he did recently that also had the same scope. He is super detail orientated and paid attention to all the details in the engineering drawing, in addition, he is super responsive and keeps you updated with the progress, any issue or questions, and even suggestions that I didn't think of previously that made the deck look amazing.
