On 11/21, one week before my baby turned one. We picked my daughter up from daycare and she was extremely fussy, starving and had a rash all over her body. She had a bottle on the way home and one when we got home. We checked the Procare app and not a single bottle with given to my baby all day. Not once.
This daycare switched her rooms and put her in a toddler room without my knowledge where they do not give babies bottles.
My daughter still takes 4-5 bottles a day and relies solely on formula as she still isnt 12 months yet and still does not fully eat solid foods. So they ultimately starved my baby all day.
The daycare provided no apologies just excuses after excuses. They tried to lie and say they gave her formula in a sippy cup until the director confirmed they gave her cow milk in a sippy cup which she has never had before. After telling them this was my daughters last day they removed me immediately from my daughters app.
Seattle childrens hospital confirmed that evening that my baby had hives from an allergic reaction to cows milk. So my daughter was not given a bottle all day, was given cows milk for the first time, broke out in hives all over her body for I dont know how long and nobody called me all day. My poor child was at daycare for 9 hours in this condition at this childcare.
I have reported this daycare to DCYF and I hope that parents will read my post and understand how serious of a situation this was and to not trust putting their children here.

Please be warned!!!! This daycare is awful. My child along with other attending have gone home with bruises from being attacked by teachers children who attend, Teachers screaming and threatening the cops on young children, diapers not being changed and children sitting in poop. Stay far away, the director does not care for parent concerns, she brushes everything off, even teachers smoking in front of children, taking animals from state parks that are protected. These teachers are negligent and my children feared for their safety while attending here. Also they serve garbage food and do not offer fresh veggies or fruit. Children have seized from lack of water. I will never let my child attend ABC daycare again. Not to mention a child got out of the building without them knowing! If you love your children, find a better daycare.

This daycare is not a safe place for your child , my grandson came home with chock marks on his neck and the teachers dont care. Said they cant stop children from fighting .

If I could rate this place any lower, I would. THEY LOST MY STEP-DAUGHTER.. SHE WAS FOUND IN THE GOODWILL!!! & THEY WON'T TELL US EXACTLY HOW LONG SHE WAS GONE FOR!! There is so many reasons this place is horrible other then them losing her. They didn't write a incident report on it, they didn't contact my boyfriend or the mother. When we went to pick her up a day after the incident, she was covered in head to toe in green marker!! I get kids will be kids, but head to toe!?! No, I have a toddler as well and she doesn't come home like that. They don't have locks on the front doors to stop kids from just running out, their play yard had molded/nasty toys, and the place just smells like mold. I highly suggest never taking your children here. Yes, we took her out ASAP and is in a 100x better daycare.
