        It's not the store itself that was unsatisfactory, it was the judgemental cashier who went out of her way to take forever to 'check on a part' before telling me she didn't have it. A spark plug wire? Really?? Not the first time I've left that location to shop at the auto parts store 3 blocks farther down the road than I really wanted to go. You know who you are and you know what I mean.

        I had a warranty issue on a battery that was just under two years old. Alan, and the lady at the front desk, whose name I did not get really took care of me and were able to get the replacement battery the next day. Even offered to test my alternator and try to determine what could've caused it to fail, which I will be driving it back in once I installed the battery. Absolutely great customer service from some super people! I would highly recommend if you're looking for professionals, to go to this NAPA store.
