The staff is Friendly, courteous and diligent. Only place I'll go in the future... No frills no bs... They're straight up and will treat you right. They're even literally connected to an enterprise rent a car, there's an adjoining door from one to the other

Attempted to drop a car off for an appointment. the "owner" had the audacity to refuse said vehicle after saying it was ok to drop it off. The car is wrecked obviously that is why it is going to the bodyshop but because it doesn't drive they refused to take it. Owner had a terrible attitude and was hostile the whole time in person. Would not recommend this shop to my enemy! Offensive language was used by the owner and the clown working the front desk. Who runs a business like this?
