I hired Tatianna after a very informative Free initial consultation. She was friendly, smiling and helpful. But important she was knowledgeable and confident she could help me create more organic leads and traffic to my website. She recreated a brand new website in a few weeks for an affordable price. Shortly after launching the new site I signed up for her social medial marketing package and within the very 1st week I had organic leads and inspections scheduled and even got a new landscape job scheduled for my business. I would highly recommend Tatiana.

I was struggling to find somebody to help with my business website. I was referred to Tatiana by the GRCC small business center. I called Tatiana and she came to my office that day. By that evening she had most of the changes I requested in place and just how I wanted it to look. She is really good at what she does and I am very happy with her service.

I have seen Tatiana Designs reviews and I am not sure why our experience was so different. I was helping a friend setup his page for his business and the first meeting I had with Tatiana was in a church parking lot. There was no wifi (She said this was due to Covid which I understand however we could have met in a parking lot with wifi coffee shop, library, McDonalds. This was told to me months later). She came to this meeting with her laptop almost dead. I brought my laptop also and told her she could log into my hotspot from my phone. During our first meeting she was rude, she cut off myself and her client when we were trying to explain to her what we wanted and trying to understand what she had done up to that point. Her client had already paid in full otherwise I would of suggested finding someone else to help him with his website. Over the past 2 to 3 months I have worked with her directly and he lack of communication and eye for detail was very disappointing for being a "professional". I could only send her so many edits at a time because many would be overlooked and I would then have to go back and resend the same edits. Many times editing was done for misspelling or punctuation and she would get short with me due to her having to go back and reedit items. His Youtube page still needs edits done for misspellings and wording. His Google page still has not been updated with edits that were asked to be done weeks ago. She now at this point has stopped working on completing the edits and we were told we could hire her at $75 an hr to finish up everything. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
