Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I called this morning to get a prescription filled and they said everything was set up. I came in the afternoon and first the person behind the counter said they were out of the medication. When pressed, she then said they had but did I know how much it cost. I replied that I had given them my insurance already but she said they didn’t have it on file, and would not take the information I gave (member number, etc). Not nice at all and very unhelpful. I needed the medication today and other area pharmacies were out of stock.

Can't fill prescriptions correctly and when you call to get it resolved, they just keep hanging up on you. There's plenty of places to fill your prescription, I'd suggest using one of them over Fred Meyer! UPDATE - I was informed by the doctor that the pharmacy decided not to help because I was angry about being hung up on.

No point to having your clinic send the prescription ahead of time, it will still take this pharmacy over an hour to fill. Ridiculous....

My prescription have been messed up more times then I can say. Recently they refilled my thyroid prescription with the wrong dosage! After a week of taking it i could not think i was in a spiraled depression. my husband was concerned i was not fit to take care of our children. He figured out the dosage was off, talked to my doctor and she said to take me to the ER. The next month FMP changed who my Dr was their system (someone i have not seen in over two years). Following that they refilled a prescription that was wrong and then gave me 7 pills in one refill that was supposed to be 30. Never will i go back. I don't know why I stayed so long.
