        Honest and reliable IT professionals are priceless. Jims quick response was overshadowed by being told the expensive laptop repairs recommended by a different IT company were unnecessary. Saved us a lot of money. Thanks DrTech!

        After a recent PSE outage my desktop stopped working. So I called DrTech and Jim came out and assessed the PC. He took it with him and had it functioning within a day but unfortunately the motherboard was showing signs of wear. It was an older computer. When he brought it back we discussed getting a new system. My husband had been urging me to get a new PC for years. So when Jim was leaving my husband spoke with him and later told me he is having a system built for me by Jim. Yesterday, I received the new custom built PC and am absolutely ecstatic with how perfectly it performs. His work is meticulous, fast and the system was very reasonably priced. He provides exceptional customer service and support. Without hesitation I can recommend Jim from DrTech!
