LOFT

I returned some items on Feb10. Haven't received my refund as of Mar21. People at the counter were very rude and not helpful at all when I went to ask about it. They told me to call the customer service number. When I called, they told me to go to the store. I even sent an email, no response. I've been running in circles since then. Nobody at loft has helped at all. This was the last time I bought at this store or from this brand. I am so very disappointed and upset at how they are handling (or not even trying) this matter. They just don't care. Worst customer service ever.

No line to make my returns. Entrance is outside the mall,so no need to go in the mall- which I prefer. Good selection of womens clothes.

This place is great! Cheri, the store manager, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She made my visit very pleasant. I will for sure come back.
