I bought a pair of pants and was double charged. I basically had to force them to credit me for one of the charges. I even showed both the women working my credit card statement to prove the double charge! They wanted me to call my cc and make one of the charges fraudulent because of their mistake!! Putting on me to fix their mistake and lie to my credit card company. They also blamed me for not giving my phone number and email on why it was so hard to figure out. So I have to provide my personal information just to get basic fair service? Ive worked in retail for 7 years and this is some of the worst costumer service I have seen. Safe to say I will not be going back.

A huge shout-out to the ladies of this store! I went in needing a complete wardrobe overhaul, and they were incredibly helpful. They provided so many options without overwhelming me, and they were receptive to my feedback. What a wonderful shopping experience! The store has a great variety of clothing/accessories and some of the best service I've had in a long time!
