        I placed an order online, I called in to see if they could fulfill the order same day. I spoke with Mimi and she placed me on hold for a long period of time. Waiting and waiting, another person answered and said they could see my order in the system but did not feel like processing the order until the next day at 8am, since it was an hour before closing. I called two other official local vans stores, and they kindly said that it was easy to process the order, since they could see the order in the system, they didnt understand why my order wasnt being processed by the employees of alderwood mall. Would have just been easier to walk in to the store, why even bother with online ordering when employees are being so rude and refusing to simply walk to the back and pick out the shoes. Disappointing after being a loyal Vans customer for years.
