The first guy who saw me had me fill out declaration of items for domestic package. I did it. But then someone else ended up helping And told me I did not need to do that. The first workers seems experienced and like he knew better. I was not happy that he would purposely waste my time like this. Unless he though military base counted as non-domestic.

I really do not understand why we still have post offices. I really do not understand why we have this location. They have the rudest people working in the post office and then the mail delivery people are the laziest people there is. I work at a business that can get everyday mail delivered but if you have a package that needs to be delivered then all of a sudden the address does not exist. Which just tells you that they are too lazy to deliver packages. You can the post office and leave messages and they never return your call. You go into this post office with your business license that shows your address and they will still tell you that the address does not exist. You can bring in mail from that day that got delivered and asked how did this get delivered but the package could not because the address does not exist and they can not give you an answer. I have had to change tons of products I use for my business to companies that use UPS or FEDEX because they can deliver. I have also been told by post office workers that I should not use USPS because it is a joke and they do not care.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. "Roy" decided to be condescending and shame me for not understanding a specific product after telling me to "read it carefully". Reading something carefully won't matter if it's confusing and it's not explained properly by an employee. I'm disgusted by this treatment. I get that USPS workers have a crappy job but don't assume customers understand the products you've spent your entire career knowing.

The workers and management have no idea what their job is. I live in an apartment building and I received 5 different neighbors mails in my mailbox today alone. One of which was a BECU credit card. I let the office manager at my apartments know and he let me know that multiple tenants and other apartments/homes in the area have been having the same issues specifically with USPS. USPS said to him that they have new hires and thats they were put on our route. Management putting new hires out in the field when they cant even read google maps or match numbers is absolutely ridiculous and unsafe and has caused multiple people to lose a lot of money and their information to be leaked. Theres no accountability in this office and I honestly wont be surprised once the government gets rid of USPS and these people become rightfully jobless for their incompetence. So sorry for the people here that actually care to do their job correctly to be looped in with the issues of idiots.
