        Wait was long , and after i lefy i had to go to er cause i had bells paulsey. There didnt scan or treat me it was like a converour belt so they could charge the coperate account. The Dr. I saw was a dermatologist. Not a medical specialist in the feild i needed. It was so dishearting to know how little care i received. Especially since litterally hrs latter i was admitted from the er for 2days..

        The staff and doctors are great. They really try to treat everyone equally and treat everyone with respect. If you have to go to Concentra, I highly recommend this site.

        I was told that the wait would be about an hour. After seeing everyone going before me. I asked the front desk after an hour and half, that it has been an hour and an half. How much longer will it be? Sorry for the wait. The dr. has to sign off on the OSHA. After 2 hours. Again I asked how much longer would be? Or do I have to wait until no one is in the waiting room. After nearly 3 hours. I was taken back. I was told. I do not need an appointment for the N95 mask fitting. And there was only 1 Dr. Very piss poor service
