Dan worked with us through so many steps. From us deciding to move to Washington, to the process of saving, to actually moving in on the loan. He knows his stuff and explains it in ways you will understand. At the end of this process I knew so much and felt incredibly confident with everything. I can not recommend this guy enough. Communication skills are on point and his knowledge doesnt just stop a financial. I loved my real estate agent so much, but with how much Dan knows about the market and housing, I wouldve taken him as my agent as well.
