Rosa and her team are nothing short of amazing, thoughtful, and professional. They answered every question no matter how silly they must have seemed and walked us through the VA process seamlessly. As out of state buyers they were very accommodating of the time difference. I would recommend Rosa Briggs Home Lending to anyone and will definitely use them again!

This is my third go round with working with Rosa's team, from purchasing my first home to two refinances. I never have to worry about how it's going to go in the communication is stellar. Everything is right out there in the open and they go above and beyond to show me all the facts. I did try to work with another agency before this and it felt like pulling teeth to get any valid information out of anyone. I highly recommend Rosa's team and Rosa for all of your home needs.

I wish I had began my home buying process with Rosa. [Rosa Briggs (NMLS #117032)] It would have been a lot smoother! Last year I began a condo-hunt for my first homebuying experience. I had a terrible time dealing with various lenders as they would make up a new package seemingly on a whim and required me to do most of the paperwork. Rosa's team costs marginally more, like maybe a couple hundred bucks, except they do EVERYTHING for you. It's so smooth! In fact after all the mistreatment elsewhere it was -me- who was slowing things down because I was so skeptical that it would be easy. My favorite thing about Rosa is she provides a full spread of options. I went into my first meeting looking at five different loan packages just off my basic financial information. That made it very clear for my family how we'd like to proceed. We chose a package that had nearly the same monthly payment, but we got to keep $10,000 for after purchase repairs! Like I said previously, it's marginally more, but for WAY more service. I write this on Thanksgiving day, a year after my time meeting with Rosa. I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop, and something bad to happen this entire time. It turns out it really was that easy. I'm so thankful to Rosa and her team. (PS: After you've completed the sale they send little surprise gifts for months afterwards. It's very touching as first time homebuyers)
