I'm from Santa Barbara, California originally where there's authentic Mexican food everywhere you go. I've been in Washington for 1.5 years and haven't been able to find an authentic place til now! This place is a taste of home and definitely my go to now!

I love this place. Cheap tacos that always hit the spot. They never get an order wrong (which you'd think is a simple thing to do but I can't say I've been to any other restaurant that hasn't messed up at least once). The food often goes right through me but it's delicious and I'll continue going back when that taco craving hits
Dietary restrictions: Very coherent about leaving cheese out of meals due to allergies. Again, it's not hard, but 95% of restaurants have difficulties listening to their customers. Kudos, Omar's

Good Mexican food is hard to find out here. This place is legit. Got the pastor burrito
