I have only been with new era for a short period of time but Jacob Taylor has been nothing shy of phenomenal for me. Ive never been so comfortable talking to a medical professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for help. I see them via telehealth (video visits) and have had zero issues. They respond in a timely manner & are always so sweet when they call to check in. Thank you for all that you do New Era!

I see Dr. Mercy for medicine management and Jacob for mental health counseling. This has been the greatest treatment team Ive had in Washington State. Ive received psychiatric services since 2004, so I do not say that lightly. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and offer great insight. Dr. Mercy Wainaina helped me get on a great medication regiment that allowed me to get well enough to return to work, Jacob Taylor had helped me navigate life stressors as well as process past traumas helping me see the events in context. They are a great team and Im so grateful to be a patient here.

Dr. Jacob Taylor is an amazing counselor. He has helped me so much that I couldnt thank him enough! Hes never judged me nor has he ever made me feel as if something is wrong with me. Between him and Dr. Mercy they have given me a better outlook at life. I will never not be a patient of theirs. Thank you both for all you do!
