I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my CPAP supplies and unable to use my life-saving CPAP because of the delay. Any contacts with this company (many hours of calls) have resulted in NO resolution. No order ever shipped. No accurate reason why. No concern at all to research the issue and resolve it. There appears to be no way to get someone on the phone who actually can and will get the order placed and delivered. Completely uncooperative and unconcerned. Corporate Medicare is now involved and completely flabbergasted at the lack of concern and service by both Sound Oxygen and AdaptHealth (their parent), A disgusting company to try and work with,
