Clean, well maintained, stellar and genuinely friendly customer service from absolutely everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant/bar. Rooms are starting to get dated but housekeeping and maintenance are keeping up on things very well and maintaining excellent cleanliness throughout the property. Would stay here again without hesitation. The proximity to the soon-to-open light rail station and a large number of restaurants and the Alderwood Mall are huge bonuses.

Rooms: The rooms were spacious and quiet. The only draw back I had to any part of the room was the fact there wasn't anywhere you could hang your clothing in the bathroom so you don't have to get changed in the room or right outside the bathroom. Food & drinks: It's pretty close to the Alderwood Mall, so there are lots of different food places to enjoy.
