Went for a fitting. Found the experience was positive and was quoted a price in writing. Returned after thinking about it and decided to pull the trigger and buy. Was told by the staff that I was misquoted and I would have to pay about $400 more. Staff admitted they made a mistake but the club manufacturers mandate price points. I wanted to proceed with the purchase and inquired about a reasonable solution. Mistakes happen but I was curious why I should bare the full responsibility. There are a number of paths available. In short, the store refused to own up to their fault, even thought the staff admitted the mistake. The store or the staff could have chipped in for their error, or at least attempt to accommodate me in another way. A classic example of passing along the blame. Go elsewhere. Dysfunction at its finest.

These guys are awesome!! A lot of golf stores try to make you spend more money on unnecessary things but these guys always give very honest and straightforward opinions. Their advice is always extremely helpful and of course, at the end of the day, you make the decisions for yourself but its certainly helpful to get good advice. They are very transparent, have plenty of stock and its easy to order if you want a more customized club. My husband and I consistently buy all our equipment here and highly recommend you check them out if youre in need of any golf equipment and in the area.
