L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

This review is more about service than product. I came to the store to buy some product at 1050. It was closed and locked. No sign on the door giving times. I looked it up on line. It was to open at 1100. By 1130 no one had showed up. I called the phone number listed on the app for this store. It said its voice mail box was full. Very frustrating when youre on a schedule.

I had a wonderful experience at the Alderwood L'occitane store. The sales associate listened to me closely and found me the perfect products for my needs. 5 stars for Denise! I recommend this store to anybody looking for excellent skincare products and good customer service!
