A Filipino associate was at the register and was much in a hurry, pushy and rude. Mind you there were only 3 people in line behind me. And there two cashiers So she did not have to be so rushed!
I ask her on several occasions if she returned all items and she insisted yes and kept saying yes thank you bye bye. I had my receipts on hand and I was not rude to her at all!
I returned home checked my email for return confirmation and you guessed it she Did Not Return All Items!
Had to search for the stores phone number spoke with a manager who apparently knew about the issueand he said he would take care of return so I would not have to drive back to the store. No S%#! I definitely was not driving back!
This first associate needs to be written up!
