Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my baby, called and confirmed the day prior. To show up and them tell me they canceled it because they tried to contact me 20min after I confirmed the appointment. So now I have to reschedule for later the same day and call out at my job. Yay, the lady wasn't helpful at all. I would have figured something out, as a first client it doesn't look good on them. So now I have to drive home and stay up all day, as a graveyard person.

$88 for a guy to recite the history I gave to them back to me while petting my dog and looking at her teeth (there for incontinence). Quite the EXAM. Absolute scam. If I didnt need my dog treated ASAP I would have walked out. Your animal will be taken care of but they will nickel and dime you for any and everything.

The team here is incredibly friendly and kind. Our senior pup wasn't doing well, but thanks to their exceptional care, he's now rejuvenated and acts like a young dog again. We're thrilled with their advice, treatments, and unwavering support. Their genuine care shines through, and we can't recommend them enough!
