        This is such a good experience - and this from a person who a) hates shopping, and b) gets intimidated at make-up counters and beauty supply places. Every time I come in I am warmly greeted, asked if I need assistance, and given great (but not pushy) advice. I never feel intimidated, never feel "less-than", never wish I had put on make up before I walked in the door (you know what I mean, right?). I pass a very well known beauty supply store to drive to Sally, and the welcoming, helpful attitude is why - not to mention the lower prices! Definitely worth the drive! PS the Lynnwood WA store manager should get a raise! She's terrific!

        This is my favorite Sally's. Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable. Today I tried the new matrix color eraser on my blue hair and it worked like a charm! Thank you!

        I've been coming to this Sally's for years and genuinely have NEVER had a good experience. Staff are consistently unknowledgeable about the products and are generally rude. I do not recommend this location at all.
