Take My Hand At-Home Care

I hired Take My Hand At-Home Care to provide assistance to a disabled family member. Their caregivers made it possible for him to attend a local senior center for much-needed socialization. They also provided transportation to and from a family event and care during the day so he could be part of the gathering. That was great! Their help was much appreciated!

I have had the pleasure of working with Take my Hand for the past 3 years as it relates to care for my mom . My experience has been very positive. At the beginning of this journey it took patience to find the right fit for her. Take My Hand was always willing to make adjustments and listen to my concerns if I/we didnt feel the right dynamic was in place. When a parent has been independent for so long and transitions into a stage of dependency it takes time and many tweaks to establish a smooth rhythm of care. I have been very impressed with how Take My Hand has accommodated for this delicate transition. They have always been willing to listen, communicate, and come up with a caregiving plan that works for all. I am so thankful for the resource they have been on so many fronts . My mom is thriving in part today with the care of Take my Hand services.
