        Just used this company for a minor roof modification as a result of a home inspection. We were on a tight time line to get estimates. This company was super responsive, coming out the day we called to provide an estimate and were here the next day to make repairs. The were very honest and even said if it wasn't for request of the buyers, the requested modifications weren't necessary. Nathan was/is AMAZING. Would highly recommend this company. Service: Roof repair

        We bought a house in the winter (inspector couldn't check the roof) where the prior owner didn't know the age of the roof. We had someone from John Lynch come look at the roof as it did look older and we wanted to be pro active in any maintenance. I can't remember the name of the person who came out, but they were very nice & professional. We didn't end up needing any work done and they didn't charge us for coming out. They even identified a major issue with the crown on our chimney that we had to contact chimney people about. If we ever do need any roof work done we will definatly get them to do it. Service: Roof inspection
