We've been doing our taxes with Maggie since 2K16, and they have always treated us like part of their family. I live super far from them now, and they still are taking care of us over phone calls, texts, and emails. We will continue to go to Banners Tax until they retire.

Receptionist was condescending and rude. As a small business owner myself, I would not conduct business here.

UPDATE: (I live in Az now took my taxes to a wonderful and stable tax business who showed me where on my 2019 taxes Maggie had "worked" on were done incorrectly. She had my husband's name as a recipient of a certain income and it was actually supposed to have my name She also had a wrong code on the same information and at the end I was to receive 10k refund but after my new tax guy did it correctly I actually owe 2k. I paid her office to file for several years of around $500 and it wasn't correct or filed. I just paid my new tax guy a little over $500 to fix the issues Maggie did incorrectly . I'm actually happy to have to pay 2k and be correct and complete than ever have Maggie or David do this again, dont use this office)! Terrible communication on their end. I left multiple calls, emails and mailed letter with zero response. My taxes were a mess left for me and I paid 4 years worth prepared taxes only to have 1 year actually filed. I'm owed money from IRS according to Maggie, she is very unprofessional and hasn't filed the other 3 years even though I paid for it to be done! I'm now having to have another accountant take care of these and he said all it would have taken was to literally push a button to file.
