I normally do not leave negative reviews but this one irritated. When we first contacted them they took a look at our house and told us they would email an estimate the next day. They never did. So a few weeks pass buy and I give them a call on a Friday. They said they would return our call Monday. Again they never responded to us. We only have a small job, maybe about $2K, maybe too small for them to consider us, but be professional about it and at least follow-up and call back. These people also do roofing and I can see us needing a new roof in a few years. What is that, about $8K. Guess what, this company will never see my business, and I will never give them a referral. Small job or big job their behavior speaks volumes and is very unprofessional.

Victor and Gabriel tore off a shake roof, built me a gabled front porch and put a gorgeous green metal roof onto my old growth cedar sided house. They saved me money from having to put on new gutters by utilizing building the gable right into my old roof and perfecting the new metal valleys draining into the existing gutters and only making new gutters for just that section of the gable draining into my old gutters. Victor and Gabriel are the most thorough, professional people I have dealt with. They choose to run their business by having happy customers whom they treat with respect, trust and dignity so the customers hire them over and over again and refer to their friends and family. Their business practices of doing a professional thorough job insures a very strong customer base. They get in and get the job done. They literally waste no time. Plus they are delightful to be around. They are my friends more importantly. They are licensed and bonded with LNI. I just have to say this as it has happened to me and other women friends. Sometimes it is difficult for single women to hire trustworthy contractors as it is a presumption we can be taken advantage of. THIS WILL NEVER BE THAT WAY WITH VICTOR AND GABRIEL as they HIGHLY respect women and ALL people in their clientele. They are definitely a blessing. I looked up a roof repair service on angies list and found this company. I left a message and they got back to me promptly and scheduled a time to give us an estimate. After accepting their bid they fit us in shortly and fixed our metal roof and some repairs quickly. These guys are fast and efficient and clean up after themselves. I asked them if they did decks and they gave me a great bid on our deck as well !! They were able to custom make my stairs for me personally and my deck looks great . So does our roof . We are so pleased with their work . I have never seen 2 guys work so hard and in the rain so efficiently . I would recommend them to anyone and they clean up so well.
