Do not work with this realtor. Whether you are a buyer, seller or agent. An agent facilitated an agreement for his client to purchase the sellers furniture. Normally, a transaction like this would be separate from the sale of the home however The agent was the one who orchestrated it for his clientsand then failed to get payment from his buyers to sellers time and time again. His failed to communicate with the other agent in order for the matter to be solved. When his buyer was unhappy with some things in the home upon their arrival he refused to communicate and address those issues. He then allowed his client to not pay the agreed upon price. He allowed his client to steal $6k in goods. He is unreliable, untrustworthy, does not communicate and is not someone you want to work with. Unfortunately when bringing this to the owner of the brokerages attention, they said they would have a conference call in order to help us move forward and find a solution. They never attempted to call back to do so. It seems communication is something this place lacks.
