        This company is a scam!!! Just took my deposit money and never followed up about the property. I called and they said they'd mail it back to me and they never did.

        I went into there office to apply for one of their rentals.. the lady who reviewed my application was as cold as ice I told her I was hoping they could use the two prior references rather than where I currently live. I she told me no they would be calling my PO resentone also. I've been in a horrible situation where I've had to call the police many times. She was so cold and insensitive it's taken me two days to shake the bad feeling. I don't know what her name is but she has brown hair with a grey stripe. Make sure you get the other lady there, she looks much nicer. have two long term excellentreferences from local property managers.

      Mercy, It sounds like you may have been the subject of a scam, but certainly not something we do at our offices. We do not take deposits before you have applied and gone through a thorough process... you should never pay a deposit on a property we manage without physically coming to our offices. If you paid a deposit and have not heard back, your money was likely taken by an illegitimate 3rd party. If you dealt with our office and are due a refund, we invite you to call us ASAP at (360) 636-2323. We are overseen and regularly audited by government agencies and are therefore legally unable to take funds for properties in any sort of 'scam' fashion. if someone took your money and you never heard back, it was not us. We are sorry to hear you may have been taken advantage of.
