Bought a new Moen kitchen faucet from them and I installed it myself. I had one slight hiccup on the install, I needed the Moen mounting Bracket I was mounting it to a stainless steel sink not a solid surface. I called them and they had one on hand and gave it to me at no charge. I'm a firm believer in buying local, not from big box stores. You get better products and service from your local retailers.

Not happy with the plumbing services. Had an issue with my toilet. They replaced the ring and sealed around the base, the sealant separated and peeled away within a week. They pointed out a condensation issue on the tank, I told them I have had that issue for a while and was unsure of what I could do about it. They gave no recommendation about what could be done, and I ended up doing my own research. I paid over $200 for them to do something that lasted a week. They never even discussed the cost before doing the work. They showed up, did the work then sent a bill a couple weeks later.

Called and asked if they serviced my warranty company and the lady said no very rudely. I went on to TRY and explain that I had an authorization letter that said Id get reimbursed if I paid out of pocket for said services but she decided to cut me off part way through my sentence and not listen. I then asked her not to cut me off as I was about to explain that Id be happy to pay out of pocket but due to her being rude, I will not choose their services. She said ok in the most snotty tone and hung up. Their loss in profit. I do not recommend these people if thats the kind of person they have representing their company in that office. This company came highly recommended by another service company and customers of theirs. Extremely disappointed in that gal in the office. She does not do a good job representing this company.
