I had an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early. I watched 6 women come in after me and get taken back before me. The receptionist said absolutely nothing to me about how much longer the wait was going to be. After everybody else was cleared out of the lobby and I was sitting there for another 10 minutes. I asked how much longer it was going to be. They said oh we can take you back and then I sat in the pedicure chair for 10 minutes waiting for somebody else to get their nails finished. I understand that they have regulars, but I had an appointment and I should have been taken back in the order that I came in. Or at least somebody should have talked to me and told me how long it was going to be for the wait and not act like I wasn't inconvenience for asking how much longer it was going to be. I get my nails done constantly and I was excited to try out a new place but I was sorely disappointed.
