This is a new/recent review...this place is still "Sub-par". The employees who hold a medical degree are not "Doctors" in the traditional sense. They are "Employees" of a multi-million dollar corporation (PeaceHealth/St. John's).
These medical people do not "Serve" the patient, they serve their employer!
The medical approach is a "Cookie-cutter, One-size-fits-all." Rarely is the "Individual" taken into account.
If this is the best Longview, Washington has...then we're screwed!
And, whoever Corey was who invited me to respond (to my first review) wants to know more...then Corey needs to get injured or ill, then use this place.

Talk about walking on the wild side and taking one's life in their own hands. Iknow it is not me...because I have spoken to many who literally hate this place.
I, for one, have suffered and endured the inconsistent, sub-par care here...but never again!

I was in today and have been dealing with an issue over five years. The nurse did not listen to anything I had to say even to the point as to tel me that if lakefront or peace health or her isnt a good fit then take your business elsewhere. Exact words. I used to take my iron miss C.A.B. for a very long time with no improvement. Did not listen. Only said take your business elsewhere if youre not happy. Nurses should not feel that entitled or snotty. Five years Ive been trying to get this resolved and to be treated that way??? By someone I normally dont go to? I only saw her so I could have my two appointments on the same day! People like that should not get away with treating people like that.

I have been going to this clinic for 12 years and had Sophia Kim as my established PCP. I have been seeing a specialist for terminal cancer treatments and all reports have been sent to my PCP Sophia Kim. I have also had most of my bloodwork and scans done at this Peacehealth facility over the past 4 intense years of cancer treatments. I called to get in for urgent care today and was told that I need to get on a waiting list to reestablish a PCP. I was told that I will be called in several months. This is pretty poor treatment of an existing patient. I was told to go to a walk-in clinic for my urgent needs.

The person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with a Peace Health employee. It's sad that some of their employees are so rude.
