        This place is the nicest Hotel in the area. They have a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. My favorite place to stay when I'm in the area! Safety: Nice comfortable atmosphere to be.

      Mr. Caulfield,We apologize your stay didn't go as well as we had hoped for. We are working on getting our side entrance fixed. As for the air conditioning, it is set on an energy saving mode. It is set to turn off once it reaches the desired temperature. We do have a way to set it where it stays all constantly. If this ever happens again, please let the front desk know. All of our front desk staff is trained on how to adjust this for guests.
