    I had Gennifer Burton-Hayes as my Caregiver for a year. Finding out that the whole year she had been stealing from me. Saying "Oh, don't you remember...you did this, spent it or such person stole it. If your loved one has Dementia BEWARE she will definitely steal . A police report is on file now. ALL WAYS CARING did nothing. This is Elder Abuse! January 2024

    All Ways Caring has always seen to it that I have all care required for my health needs. I am considered high needs and therefore I believe All Ways Caring has gone out of the way to see to it that my needs are met. I will refer others to this agency at anytime. Specifically Andrea has worked with me in all ways. Whatever the need is, she does her best to meet it. I am ever so thankful for Andrea and for the support shes given me in every situation. She truly is a blessing to me as well as many others.

    I worked for this company for 11 months. I loved working with my clients, and I got great feedback at every review. I had 3 clients. I did not feel like the office communicated very well. I would talk to one person and they say one thing and someone else would tell me something different. The supervisors for my clients changed multiple times while I worked there. I never knew who to call. Before applying I was told after 3 months I needed to start taking classes to be certified. That made me excited. Except I didn't get signed up for classes until 8 months in. Then they gave me a two months deadline. I had a sudden very personal death in my family, I lost childcare because my son was devastated and acting out. I feel like for having worked there almost a year there would be some grace or compassion. One lady called me to tell me I couldn't work there anymore. A 3 day notice. My last week they took 85% of my hours away. So I didn't go, for a combination of 4 hours. 4 hours is what I missed and they didn't give me any sick time pay I accumulated and said they could never rehire me. I apologized profusely and tried to explain to my supervisor who I had always great communication with. No change. No grace, compassion or understanding. THIS is how this company treats employees and they are okay with it.

    The worst caregiver company ever I'm a quadriplegic I had 3 different caregivers the first one borrowed money and disappeared the second came in so high he destroyed a room that was full of medical supplies and the third left my laundry in a public laundry room and disappeared!!!
