Jensen's went above and beyond! I had flowers delivered to someone that I didn't think were up to Jensen's standards The lady I spoke with was very kind and courteous and much to my surprise they delivered a new bouquet that was extremely nice. Definitely will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Jensen's Floral.

Order a boutique to be delivered it was the wrong boutique. They admitted to it being wrong but didn't want to fix it. They sent a smaller boutique, different color, smaller vase just all around WRONG. When asking for them to make it right they told us to call the 3rd party and tell them. Told them we won't be doing business with them again They said "ok sounds good". All around rude not customer friendly and don't mind giving you wrong orders! LEARN TO DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY AND MAKE YOUR MISTAKES RIGHT....we got it taken care of but not from.the rude Stagg here will NEVER come.back that's for sure. I have pictures to prove what was ordered vs what was delivered and they wanted to send out a small boutique to replace the value of the other roses and flowers that where MISSSING so this post is.not incorrect the guy working even agreed we did NOT get what was placed in the order that we had
