Business Definition: What do we do?

 ·       We serve people with medical and behavioral health concerns and provide ways for their recovery and healing.  

Our organization’s Mission Statement is as follows:

 ·       It is the mission of Willapa Behavioral Health and Wellness to identify and evaluate needs to provide culturally and linguistically effective whole-person mental health and substance use disorder services to facilitate recovery, foster resiliency, and help our clients reach their full potential personally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Our organization's Vision is:

·       Willapa Behavioral Health & Wellness will be the community’s first choice for quality behavioral health care and primary care by providing exceptional person-centered care to every person we serve: 

 o   Delivering the safest, highest quality care of any behavioral health care organization in our region. 

o   Providing leadership to improve the health, wellness, and vitality of our community; 

o   Championing an engaged workforce by inspiring professional excellence and personal commitment to the success of our organization;  

o   Demonstrating fiscal stewardship and thoughtful decision-making to provide sustainable, high-value care and; 

o   Being a place of healing, inspiration, comfort, teaching, and advocacy for the diverse populations in our community so that all individuals may live healthier, meaningful lives and contribute to the world around them.
