We ran into issues with another mortgage company and Beeline came in last minute. They helped us get the loan we wanted which ended being a huge task. WE CLOSED EARLY AND UNDER BUDGET ^.^ Chris and his team are great and renewed our faith in the industry. He explained what the figures are and what they mean, did not talk down to my wife, or try to sugar code the reality of the market. He was honest and took the time to explain every step and requirement of the pre-approval processes, what we can afford, when to lock-in our contract and when to wait for the rates to adjust. The entire Beeline Mortgage team are experts in their fields, quick to respond to emails or voicemails ,and kind in answering questions.
