I have had American Family insurance for over six years now and used to have an agent on Pines Road in Spokane. Since they sent my policies to this office, it has been a nightmare. They are impossible to get in contact with, they do not return calls, theyre rude on the phone, and when I called to cancel my policies, they didnt even ask which date I needed that effective for. Thankfully I mentioned I needed it for a future date and the girl acted extremely put out and stated shed already canceled them for the current date. She said shed correct it, but well see. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Mistica is amazing to work with. I have 3 vehicles. I am always making changes etc and she is spot on. I feel great knowing that she has my back. Thank you Mistica, you are amazing to work with.

I was in a very tough situation. My car was going to be repossessed and I needed proof of insurance which I didnt have at that time. Celein went above and beyond in getting me insurance in order for me to be able to keep my car. She was professional, courteous and didnt make me feel more hopeless when I was down. She made my day better. Thank you so much
