Affordable Hardwood Floor Refinishing

DO NOT GO TO THIS PEOPLE. It was a complete waste of time. A schedule was setup for quote, they were VERY late (3pm appt, they didn't show up till 5:40 pm), I already could tell it was not going to be a good experience but I gave them benefit of the doubt, figured they could at least do quality work. They inspected it and said they will call me next day with estimate, I didn't receive any calls. I waited couple days then called Sabrina, to which she apologized and said they will send the quote by email later on that day, didn't receive anything. I gave them another week to respond but still NO CALLS OR EMAILS. So I sent Sabrina a final text asking them if they are really commited to fix up my floors or not so I can search for other venues, AGAIN no reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I worked with Sabrina on an estimate for a refinishing job. They were the most competitive rate, always responsive to my many questions, and showed up in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to go with them in the future or recommend to a friend.
