I want to thank Ms Clauretha for her professional and down to earth help. She is the glue that hold this office together. She is there in the morning alone, dealing with those with appointments and walkins.walking. She helped me filed a claim. Until then, I had a hard time dealing with VSO who think they can say and talk to you any type of way because they are helping you. Well I got my 100 percent in 40 days following her advice. Thank you Ms Clauretha for caring for us vets and family.

I felt like the owner was not trying to help me with my disability and withholding information that could be used for my claim. I explained him my issue thinking I was in a safe zone, but he stated my event that happened to me seems like a fairy tale. Very unprofessional!

I didnt have a great experience here. The guys in back were very nice and professional. The head guy in front was rude and unprofessional. I honestly havent encountered this level of unprofessionalism in a very long time. My feeling was that, hes been there for a long time and he feels that he can treat vets the way he wants. I wouldnt recommended this place to a dog and the sad part is the name is representing African Americans. No matter your color or gender look for professionalism and whom can represent you best especially as a veteran! Thats what should matter.
