        I just called because I needed help viewing my benefits on the app. The lady that answered asked if she can put me on hold. Before I even answered, she just put me on hold. Then, after helping me out with my question, she just hung up which was rude and so unprofessional. Y'all need to work on your professionalism because she isn't the first one that's been rude to me either.
