WOW. Everyone warned us how stressful and frustrating buying a home would be in this market, but Freddie and Evan at PRP made the process unbelievably easy! We felt listened to at every step, our young boys were brought alongside to participate, and we have nothing but fond and joyful memories of our first homebuying experience. I am so, so incredibly thankful to have been paired up with Freddie and Premier Real Estate Partners for my VA home loan! From start to finish, Freddie and his team helped break down the process for first-time homebuyers like myself and made it easy and stress-free. For all veterans out there utilizing the VA Home Loan process: come to Freddie. There are a lot of realters out there who SAY they can do VA home loans, but there are so many additional benefits perks and benefits that are a part of the program that so many realters don't tap into (i.e. you DON'T pay escrow, adjusting the timing of your close so that you can go two straight months before you have to pay your first mortgage payment, and so many more). Freddie and his team will educate you and make it so that you won't want to use anyone else ever again. Premier Real Estate Partners also have a very good working relationship with some fantastic lenders out there that gave me a ridiculously great rate considering the crazy financial times we live in. Tl;dr - Freddie and his team will take care of you, veteran or non-veteran. He and his team were literally an answer to prayer.
