Our company specializes in residential home sales and property management, as well as Condo and Home Owner Association management.We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as the Community Association Institute for Board Members and Managers of Association properties.Member of Northwest Multiple Listing Service.Community ServiceNorthwest Properties, Inc. is very involved in community support. We have raised thousands of dollars for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Caring for Kids, Lakewood Area Shelter Association.
