Naomi Burke has been my property manager for 5 years and I have been a client of BCIs since 2016. They have been a great companyto work with and Naomi has been very communicative and responsive. I am pleased I found them as I live out of state now. Their financial reports are always accurate and timely.

BCI Properties have been unresponsive. Ive reached out to Naomi via email on 02/05/24 as well as a few voicemails with no callbacks and no replies. Learn from my mistakes, dont waste your time.

I am happy to recommend BCI Properties to renters in search of their next home. I have been a happy tenant of a beautiful property through BCI since 2023. They are responsive with communication and have addressed any questions I have. The online portal is very helpful for making payments, keeping track of renters insurance, and viewing my lease. During a period in which I experienced a personal emergency, Naomi of BCI was my lifeline. She worked with me on an issue, stayed in constant communication, and helped me reach an outcome that was more than anything I expected from a rental management company. To say that she and BCI have surpassed the level of care and effort for tenants that may be expected of other management companies is an understatement. I am looking forward to enjoying the rest of my time at this property.

I was renting a home with BCI for a 1-year lease. About 9 months into the lease I sent a notice to vacate at the end of the lease. Then and only then was I told that the owner switched property mgmt companies about a month prior. We got no notice whatsoever from BCI or the new company. Also the homeowner did any and all maintenance we requested himself, rather than BCI going through a vetted and reputable maintance company. For example, we had a leak in a shower and the owners brother showed up with a tool box. We had to call the owner to get any work done because BCI would not do anything about our maintenance requests. The reason I use property mgmt companies rather than renting from a guy off craigslist is for privacy from helicopter-homeowners and for maintenance to get done the right way. There was also no follow up from BCI after any maintenance was done. Communication with BCI was almost non-existent the entire time we were there. Hardly ever answered phone calls or emails, and when we had to go to the office because of the lack of phone calls, no one was there (yes it was during business hours).
